The San Saba Spa at the Lakeway Resort and Spa off of Lake Travis in Austin, TX provides an array of spa and pampering services with monthly specials and signature service that the resort itself is known for. My experience here was worth the expense since I am a busy, working mother that barely has had time for herself. If you are looking for massage and facial services you will get that here. I think the beauty of this place definitely compliments brides and wedding parties greatly as you can get your makeup and hair done here as well. The spa just completes the overall array of services at this AAA 4 Diamond resort.
For this review, I personally purchased a 30 minute deep tissue body massage and then one of their specials. The June special was a Sand and Surf Body Buff that was all inclusive with gratuity included of $70. Fantastic deal. The Body scrub is definitely something you should consider. Remember as you sunbathe out by Lakeway’s Infinity pool, you will be in the sun and while using sunscreen will protect your skin, there is still a need to slough off dead skin cells, impurities and more. A Body scrub helps open up the pores for your younger and healthier skin to shine through.
My body scrub was a unique experience and my skin felt so soft and smooth after that.
They have a full menu of services that includes everything from hair styling, waxing, facials, makeup, massages and more. Their waiting lounge came with snacks, teas and created such a quiet and relaxing atmosphere that you will enjoy the Lake Travis views from the lounge and your massage table.
They also have services for men and children. When you walk in you will see a full service boutique of hair care, beauty products and more.
They are open daily from 9 am to 7 pm. Even if you are not staying at the resort, you can also book appointments with an extra $20 pool fee. Call them to set up your appointment at: 512-261-7350.
They are located in the Lakeway Resort and Spa at 101 Lakeway Drive, Austin, TX 78734. Find them online at Lakeway Resort and Spa.
Disclaimer: I received a complimentary stay at Lakeway Resort and Spa, however for the Spa I paid full price for the service. All opinions are 100% my own.
